SAN DIMAS, CALIFORNIA, March 2, 2018 – California Regional MLS is pleased to announce the expansion of its service area to cover California’s Victor Valley, Lake Arrowhead, and Big Bear regions. This expansion marks the latest for CRMLS, which has seen its service area grow piece-by-piece over the past decade. Starting May 1st, any CRMLS Participant with an active listing in one of these service areas will be required to enter that listing into CRMLS or have the Seller complete a Seller Exclusion Form.

Over 30% of the listings in these new service areas are already in the CRMLS database. Most brokers and agents working in these areas already use CRMLS to market their listings to the more than 86,000 CRMLS agents across the region. With this service area addition, only the handful of CRMLS participants that have not already uploaded their listings into CRMLS from one of these areas will need to do so.

“At CRMLS, we’re driven by our mission to provide the best possible service to California brokers,” said CRMLS CEO Art Carter. “Expanding the areas to which we provide service will assure brokers they are getting the best available picture of California listing data.”

“We’re proud of the progress we’ve made towards our goal of statewide MLS data access,” Carter added. “With this latest step, CRMLS is coming closer to providing California brokers with the data they deserve.”
