CRMLS initiates an historic data share with Sandicor MLS, expanding MLS listing access for its 82,000+ users.
The direct data share agreement will allow CRMLS users to access Sandicor MLS listings from within CRMLS Matrix, and likewise Sandicor users will have access to CRMLS listings from their MLS system. At present, only residential listings are included in the data share.
Sandicor MLS is comprised of three Associations of REALTORS®: Greater San Diego, North San Diego County, and Pacific Southwest. The new data share agreement will add about 12,000 residential listings from the San Diego area to CRMLS’s database of over 100,000 active listings.
“We are excited to embark on this new data share agreement with Sandicor MLS, expanding listing access for real estate professionals in San Diego and across California” said CRMLS CEO Art Carter. “Sharing data will mutually benefit both our users’ business and ultimately enhance the consumer experience. We anticipate a smooth transition for both CRMLS and Sandicor, as each will be able to access the listings newly available to them through their native MLS system.”
“This data share agreement is a great collaboration between two innovative MLSs that provides members of both sides with seamless access to each other’s listing information directly from their home MLS! The ability for our members to continue the use of Paragon while accessing listing data from another MLS is a tremendous benefit that serves our members and their clients well,” said Ray Ewing, President and CEO of Sandicor.
CRMLS welcomes the addition of San Diego’s large, active real estate market to its growing data base. In alignment with the company-sponsored It’s My Business campaign, CRMLS will continue to seek data share agreements and MLS consolidations with the aim of creating a better future for brokers and agents, devoid of artificial barriers to listing data.
