CHINO HILLS, CA – September 19, 2018 – California Regional MLS (CRMLS) is eager to welcome ten experienced San Diego-area MLS staff members onboard. Among other responsibilities, the new staff members will help guide the transition of two new San Diego REALTOR® Associations into using CRMLS products, services, and support.
Between them, the staff members have a combined 85+ years of experience serving San Diego-area real estate professionals as MLS staffers.
The new staff members’ departments, names, and titles are as follows:
CRMLS Executive Team
Ray Ewing – Chief Administrative Officer
CRMLS Technical Services
Paolo Gutierrez – Product and Remote Systems Manager
Rickey Currie – Systems Expert
Carol Paul – Systems Expert
Jodi Stephens – Systems Expert
Tricia Fabros – Lead Compliance Analyst
CRMLS Customer Care
Anthony Stewart – Customer Care Supervisor
James Matthew Westfall – Customer Care Representative
Bernardo Leon – Customer Care Representative
Richard Machado – Customer Care Representative
Members of North San Diego County Association of REALTORS® (NSDCAR) and Pacific Southwest Association of REALTORS® (PSAR), both new to CRMLS, may recognize some of these names as people from whom they’ve received top-quality service and support over the years. According to CRMLS CEO Art Carter, that’s by design.
“We want NSDCAR and PSAR members to have the smoothest transition possible,” said Carter. “This is a relationship-based business, and most people value the familiarity they’ve built over many years.”
Bringing on new staff isn’t only about familiarity, however. “Our staff additions aren’t just experienced, they’re skilled,” said Carter. “Since we have added the San Diego County Paragon MLS system to our arsenal of products and services, we expect it to be comforting for our users to know that we have experts in the field who have demonstrated a real mastery of our newest service offerings.”
